Ollie’s Pizza, a well-loved local pizzeria known for its homemade sauce, decided to bottle and sell its signature sauce in local grocery stores. For this assignment, I was responsible for developing a full brand identity for the product launch, including a logo, packaging design, and a series of print advertisements to build awareness.
As a mom-and-pop shop that prioritizes natural ingredients with no additives, it was important to reflect that authenticity in both the visuals and the packaging itself. I chose to use a transparent label that showcases the sauce’s rich color and texture, giving it a fresh, clean presence on the shelf and allowing the product to speak for itself.
The logo and design elements reflect a hand-crafted, small-batch feel, using organic shapes and warm tones to highlight the brand’s roots. The print ads extend this identity by emphasizing tradition, quality, and the comfort of bringing home a truly homemade taste. Overall, the project focused on blending storytelling with design to create a cohesive, honest brand experience.
